Silver tier-$500 per year Feeling like giving a little more? Try the silver membership to help us out a little extra each year! In addition to the Bronze tier benefits you will get 50% discounts on any clinics that we put on.

Gold tier-$1000 per year My Goodness! You are very generous! We thank you so much for your extra support! With this tier you will be able to come to any of our clinics for free and get one on one chats with members of the team each month. Just email us to schedule a time for your call.
